Star Wars Alternate Imperial City

A younger Palpatine in the background flanked by Royal Guards, while Boba Fett and Darth Vader exit the front of the building.
This was a piece that I made specifically for an amateur short Star Wars story years ago and it is another one of my experimental "Hybrid Illustrations", using both color and black & white.
