TR-3B (sketch based on eyewitness account)

Ok- this is really weird and it totally grabbed my attention ! Supposedly now , I'm basing this rough sketch on an alleged report that I heard over the Coast to Coast late night radio program with host George Noory recently. It was reported by Peter Davenport of UFO Center.com. The eyewitness states that a black triangular craft moved slowly while hovering above him silently and suddenly made a complete stop. He sees what he thinks is a helmet or "pilot" that sticks his head out of a door hatch on the top or window, peeks out and looks down on him "surprised" momentarily and then quickly pops his head back in to the strange craft. It begins to move slowly horizontally in a straight path until it leaves his sight.
Naturally, the man is dumb struck, left in awe wondering what that whole thing was just about !
Anyway, here is my rough sketch rendition of this case for the moment since it is a "work in progress" right now.
