Dick Rutan's Long-EZ Desert Flight

Here is another privately commissioned artwork that I recently did for a client.
It supposedly happened back in the 80's. Well into a 22 hour flight above the Mojave Desert in California, Aeronautical engineer and experimental aircraft pilot Dick Rutan, hallucinates this evil little elf sitting on top of his Long-EZ aircraft, actively trying to lure him into sleep.
