Voyager Struggles for Takeoff

This is a privately commissioned artwork depicting an event that happened in the mid 80's. It was the moment that Aerospace engineer and pilot Burt Rutan took off with his experimental Voyager airplane. It was so loaded with fuel, that it's wingtips scraped the ground before finally becoming airborne. Behind, a chaseplane follows him closely.
